ABOUT OUR PASTOR
Pastor Amechi Godson
Rev Amechi Godson serves as the Senior Pastor of Anointed Body of Christ Church, Garland, Texas. He was called to pastoral ministry in 1997. As a missionary in West Africa for 12 years with his colleagues they planted churches and equipped believers. He was for 7 years an Associate Pastor at United Christian Fellowship Church, Arlington, Texas.
He graduated with Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) from Dallas Baptist University, Dallas, Texas where he also got his Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS). Reverend Godson holds Advanced Diploma in Pastoral Studies from Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas, Texas and Advanced Theological Certificate from Moore College, London; United Kingdom.
His vision is “Transforming Lives, Glorifying Christ.”
He has a mission to grow a dynamic multi-cultural non-denominational Anointed Body of Christ Church, dedicated to the proclamation of the gospel of salvation by faith alone in Christ alone and equipping the saints for the work of Christian service.
Reverend Amechi Godson is an ordained minister with Christ for the Nations Fellowship of Ministers and Churches, Dallas, Texas.
